A new way to get in touch with the BOP

We often hear about problems our FAMMilies have getting in touch with prison officials to ask questions, raise concerns, or seek information about an incarcerated loved one. We know how frustrating and worrisome this can be.

The process may be easier now thanks to a recent change: the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has set up a team of Regional Support Coordinators, whose job is to address your concerns. We understand they are expected to respond both to individual issues as well as concerns about prison systems.
